The importance of operators who are equipped with a set of rules, knowledge and skills that include the healthiest, most reliable and continuous provision of a system installed in accordance with all design conditions and standards to the users who have purchased the service; constitutes the basis of our job description.
In this context, the ”Pool Operator” should know the pool or pools complex very well, the external appearance and structure of the pool, environmental conditions, type, mechanical room, balance tank filtration, hygienization facility, pump and electrification relationship should be very well studied. Pool operators are professionals who have combined their five senses with an ethical understanding of duty, who are sure of the system they are working with their observations and attention, who can immediately correct any defects, if any, or who can be at the point of taking and sharing the necessary precautions, who are open to self-trained education, who are reassuring in practice, who have basic knowledge about plumbing, electrical installation and hygiene, who love what they do, who know and apply that the health of the people they serve is not less important than their own health, who know and apply that the hygienization of the mechanics of the facility they operate is fully and completely established and are sure that it works.
These professionals must be certified by obtaining a passing grade in the examinations to be held at the end of the courses to be taken from the institutions that provide training in their fields and that are recognized by UHE and UHE for professional competence. Driving licenses and certificates in this field are checked periodically.
